1. Controller

2. Calculator inputs
All tax calculations on this website run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The income figures, deductions and other values you enter into the calculator are never transmitted to our servers, never stored and never shared with any third party. They exist only in your browser session and are discarded when you leave the page.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information in server log files, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of access, and the pages requested. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for the purpose of delivering the website securely and reliably, and for detecting and defending against attacks. Log files are deleted automatically after a short retention period and are not merged with other data sources.
4. Cookies and consent
This website only sets cookies that require consent after you have given that consent through our consent banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings link in the footer. Strictly necessary technical cookies, if any, are used on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
5. Web analytics
If we use web analytics (for example a self-hosted Matomo instance), it is operated either on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) or, where configured cookieless with IP anonymization, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). 7. External fonts
This website loads the typefaces Public Sans and IBM Plex Mono from Google Fonts. When fonts are loaded from Google servers, your IP address is transmitted to Google. If you prefer to avoid this, the fonts can be self-hosted; in that case no connection to Google is established for font delivery.
